Bottle openers

cohsculpture

Here’s a sculpture here at the City of Hope. It’s . . . umm . . . interesting. I’ll leave its interpretation to my Loyal Readers. Looks kind of like a bunch of gigantic bottle openers to me. Great Art courtesy of the exclusive iPhone-cam and part of my famous Statue series.

Fine weekend. It was sunny and very hot all weekend here in Los Angeles. I wouldn’t know, though, because I was inside the air conditioned hospital all weekend. Not that I’m complaining about that, of course. Fortunately, it cools off enough at night for Betsy and Bob’s non-air conditioned house to cool off comfortably.

LRN4 is doing pretty well. We’re just sitting around the hospital waiting for her to get well enough to get out of here. Kind of slow going today. I decided today that I really need to leave Betsy and Bob’s house, both for their own good and for mine. It’s been nearly two months already, and we all need our privacy back. I’m moving to the Residence Inn tomorrow. Staying there until Sunday and then going to the (much less expensive) Hampton Inn. Judging by their addresses, they appear to be next door to each other, so the move on Sunday will be easy.

LRN5 and her family will be here on Friday. I can’t wait to see them. It’s pretty clear she needs the break from work and I really like hanging out with them all. Should be a great weekend. They’ll be back the following weekend, which should also be great.

And that’s about it for today. I’ll leave my Loyal Readers with this exciting Morrowlife Employment Agency job opportunity: stolen penguin!

See you tomorrow.

I think I see an artist’s palette in there too.
