Christmas hat

Here’s a rare blogger sighting, posing in my special Christmas hat in front of our one-third-put-together Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving.  We got decorated early this year.  The place looks pretty festive.  We had a few problems with the outdoor lights – out of seven strings, only one worked.  So our outdoor display looks a bit sparse this year.

Yikes.  Long time, no post.  Fortunately, nothing has happened.  Well, we did have Thanksgiving.  Which was nice.  Had a nice dinner, spent a nice four-day weekend home with the family, did a little Black Friday shopping, slept a bit.  Did a few other things too, none of which come immediately to mind.

Still no word on the iPhone app being accepted at the App Store.  I’m getting more and more leery, though.  Yesterday, I discovered an app with my app’s name already there.  I’m pretty sure they’ll bounce me just for that, let alone all the other weaknesses in my app.  Waiting, waiting, waiting.

It’s December!  Less than three work weeks left before my Christmas break starts!  At the end of which, LRN2 heads for college.  That’s certainly coming up fast.

Stunning update – the app just got approved.  Literally.  It’s now in the app store and downloads are already . . . umm . . . n0nexistent.  But I bet somebody will download and try it out.  Come on, Loyal Readers.  It’s absolutely free.  Really.  I only did it for fun.  And the experience, of course.  Try it out right here.  Woo hoo!

More frequent posts possibly coming.  I’ll leave my Loyal Readers with this exciting Morrowlife Employment Agency job opportunity: sneezing monkey!

See you tomorrow.

What!? There is no loyalty among my Loyal Readers. Sigh.

Rainy days make me want to put my head between my knees sometimes too! I can’t believe Mark thinks it’s an ugly monkey.

LOTS of downloads of your app now–without the benefit of loyal readers!
