Engineers
Here’s the follow-up to the train disaster picture from the other day. Loyal Reader Number One leapt into the fray to try to help stop the train. Didn’t do much good. Taken at the Henry Ford Museum. Part of my famous Machinery series.
I enjoyed Loyal Reader Number Twenty-Four’s comments to yesterday’s post. Sounds like a highly exciting ball game. I checked the link, and it turns out the brawl spurred the Chukars on to victory. A good time was apparently had by all.
Another perfect day. I can’t exactly say I ever get tired of it, though. It was sunny and warm all day here in Lardville, but the June gloom was pretty thick on the other side of the mountains. It was kind of pretty to look at the low clouds on the mountains. The train route goes through some pretty territory.
Today’s controversy: How much would they have to pay to get you to wear this? My opinion: There’s not enough money in the world.
Nothing else new today. See you tomorrow.
